John refinished 24 captain's chairs for our club and did a fantastic job. He gave us a couple of different options to accomplish what we wanted to (a higher-priced process and a lower-priced process), communicated very well throughout the job (invited us to come to the shop to see a partially-finished chair to be sure it was what we wanted), and delivered everything ahead of our deadline. We couldn't be more pleased. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again soon!
