This is the worst real estate company that I have ever had to deal with. Started when we found a house that we were interested in, we began to call the agent (silva) and no return call so after several other calls and a week later we called the office and had to set up a showing with a assistant that didn't know nothing about the property. I had questions that she could not answer she would have to TRY to get in touch with the agent. Days later we received a call back but again not from the agent which lead to more questions that we would have to be called back after she would find out. About a week later we get a call, set up an appointment to go in for paperwork. We went to there office and had to deal with another person that had no clue what was going on with this property. There was No agent nor assistant, also was not told everything to bring - almost become a wasted trip. I think there should be better management to stop service like this. I have to deal with it in the fast food line I should not have to deal with it in real estate. I am writing this to help you from making the mistake that I made and the aggravation that I have went threw. I hope this helps and I would not have gave them one star but you have to pick at least one. (PS) To this day I have still NEVER talked to the agent!
