Wedding Ceremony and Reception held at Antebellum House was absolutely PERFECT! Chad and his excellent staff were there for us from day 1. Chad shared his vast experience and helped us plan a perfect evening and he was there that night to see it through. The evening went smooth and worry free and Chad was able to really get the guests involved and ensured everyone had a great time. All the staff and food were excellent. Venue was perfect with built in DJ station, Dance Floor and easy access food and bar as well as giving us a beautiful site for the ceremony by the fireplace. We recommend going 4 hours because we had so much fun no one wanted to leave. The venue is beautiful (go see it yourself because the pictures of pink walls are not current) and we were able to keep costs down by just adding a few touches or color to what is already there. I highly recommend Antebellum House for any occasion that you want to go well, not break your bank and be remembered long after.

If you are looking for a place to have your dream wedding, The Antebellum House in Slidell, La is the place to go! It is very beautiful, food is awesome and it is just perfect! I can not say enough about Chad and his staff! Chad not only saved my wedding but him and his staff made it more than i could have ever have dreamed of!!! As the Bride, they made me not only feel so very special on my day but turly made it our day! You will spend the day feeling like the queen that you should! The attention to detail is amazing and he thinks of all of the little things that you may forget or not think of... I have never been so relaxed about such a big event in my life. I recently had my wedding at the antebellum house and was very pleased. My guest were so amazed at how nice the atmosphere was. Chad our wedding planner went way above and beyond to accomadate my needs. I had the colors turquois and gray and chad made the whole atmosphere look like a beautiflul palace. My guest who were coming from all over the country . We had guest from Illionis,Michigan, Texax, and lousiana. I was so proud to show off my venue. Everything from the service to the food and atmosphere everyone of my guest have been complimenting us on our wedding. Chad who was my planner and also my ceremony officiator and he has done an absolutely wonderful job on everything and has made our special day a very memorable one. I will always recommend The Antebellum House to anyone who needs a venue for any occasion. If I ever need a venue in the future I will most definetly even though I live in Texas now will hire Chad at The Antebellum House. I only hope I may get that chance again .

Where do I start? As a groom I was looking for a very cost efficient, but memorable wedding. I also wanted to give my wife the dream wedding of her life; Chad at the Antebellum house brought my hopes and desires to light. He was so professional and diverse in his craft. He is an extremely likeable guy. He brought tons of options on ways to make our event amazing. In my opinion he went above and beyond his duties as a planner acted more as a friend. His staff also did an excellent job tending to my wife, myself, and all of our guest.
