Its the aggravating ppl that cant pay their bills and that dish out all that stuff you know that they deal with some deranged ppl everyday mon-fri ppl that say some of the cruelest things and they dont even know you some do it just b/c your calling dont you realize that their just trying to do their job to that they have children and lives also .that all that crazyiness from those many who wrongfully cuss them and threaten them with anything you could think of , they have to go home and try and let what you told them roll off their shoulders it practice you have to become monotone where you dont feel what these gruesome ppl say and you can go home and forget about and enjoy your time the little that you have so nxt you complain about a bill collector why dont you go do what their doing , working all week, and pay your bills instead of complaining about the ppl who are trying to get paid for their services you wouldnt go and steal something now would you so pay your bill and drop it

THIS COMPANY IS A WELL ORGANIZED PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL IN ANY SITUATION YOU ARE IN. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE MATTER OF A WEEK AND GOT NOTHING BUT THE SAME ATTITUDE AND RESPECT THAT I HAD GOT FROM THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE. I WAS NEVER THREATENED NOR TALKED DOWN TO.

Alpat's business scheme, it appears, is based upon abusing and threatening working Americans on behalf of certain big telephone corporations, when such working Americans decide to stand up and challenge questionable charges placed on their bills. Alpat's tactic is to intimidate working people, by threatening to ruin their credits. Those who do hot have the time nor extra financial resources to take Alpat's customers to court may quickly give in. The phone company in question, represented by Alpat, is losing customers to their new competitors, who are offering better and higher quality services.

It is a shame that this company allows their employees to conduct business in such an unprofessional manner. The employee that I have encountered was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I feel for any one who has to deal with her. She is the rudest person that I have ever spoken to. I had the misfortune of speaking with this lady because I am the receptionist where I work. She called to speak with someone who was unavailable at that time. I offered to take a message , but she rudely began making accusations as to why I would not allow her to speak to this person. This woman's attitude was awful. This company should really reconsider how they allow their company to be represented.
