I haven't actually been to the clinic. I started a search for "ideal protein" and this clinic was listed as an "ideal protein center". I called to inquire and the person who answered the phone rudely said..."I have no idea what you're talking about." Really? A weight loss clinic who has NEVER even heard of ideal protein? Even if they don't use the program you'd think they would have heard of it. That doesn't seem very advanced to me. I explained that I saw them listed and she said...."NO Ma'am - Not Advanced Weight Loss." I apologized and she hung up. Very abrupt. Seems to me she would recognize that I was looking for a program to help with my weight and inquire about my needs. Who knows...maybe her program would fit me well and my husband and I could become patients. That's right TWO potential patients lost because of terrible phone etiquette. I'd rather travel to New Orleans or Mandeville than be handled that way. I don't know where Mrs Arnold visited but it doesn't seem like we're talking about the same place.

The doctor is so nice as well as the staff, also you don't wait for hours. Usually you're in and out in no time! Really great people!
