I just had a major service done to one of my road bikes and was very impressed with the work that was performed...the tire prices were fantastic...I would trust this dealership and my mechanic for all my work in the future

This place is freaking horrible! I couldn't even find them under motorcycle dealers that is how dumb they are. They care nothing about motocross or the local Goldwing Club, took out the mini moto track, never stock anything. I was looking at a Sioux Falls advertisement and every dealer but this one. I will never step foot into this place. Poor service and very expensive. The salesman told me to take a hike when I asked about 2 strokes!

BUYER BEWARE If the salesperson tells about the 31 point checklist ask to see the list or ask if they fixed everthing on it before you buy dont assume they fixed anything that was exspensive they will only mark that it needs attention. it can get very exspensive. they dont feel guilty about ripping people off.

They totaly rip you off-unless you have deep pockets avoid this place.

I got shafted buy these guys. I brought my bike into these guys for what i thought was a SIMPLE repair. It toke those idiots 3 weeks to find the problem and it turned out to be something I could have done myself in a day. They charged me over $1000 to get it fixed. Then the repair they did still didnt fix the problem. ANOTHER week gone, and 500 more dollars later I get it back, AND it is still not fixed. I will never bring anything back to these guys again. Horible service and idiot mechanics. Be prepaired, you have to have deep pockets for them to miss diagnose your bike, and still not fix anything.

I just snowchecked a new 2012 Polaris Pro-RMK. The salesman that I worked with was outstanding! He had clearly been studying all the 2012 sleds and knew all the specifications of all the 2012 machines. The experience was the best snowcheck experience that I have ever had in all my years of buying snowmobiles and I got the lowest price of any Polaris dealer that I called. The Parts people were also very knowledgable and professional. I don't know who wrote the review below for "snowmobileman" but that has not been my experience at all. If "snowmobileman" was treated badly he must be a jerk to everyone!

A nice powersports shop with kind and helpful employees. I had a really enjoyable buying experience. Vehicle and parts prices are MSRP, same as the other shops ive been too. I got a STEAL on my motorcycle tire last summer and a nice price on some bibs. Will gladly to business again

Midamerica Motoplex has been the best store I have ever been in. I'm not sure where these bad reviews come from. I had great service there. The man I talked to knew alot about what he was selling. He helped me find the best helmet I have ever had and was very friendly. I have never had such great one on one service!!! Defiantly a GREAT place to go.

First off I have been riding since I was a little kid and i have never been to a place with as good of service as Motoplex. They helped me with everything i needed not to mention their wide selection of product. Employes know what they are talking about and were very helpful. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I bought a quad from Motoplex 2 years and they showed me great service from the begining. I told the sales person what I was looking for and they found me the perfect quad. The parts guys there were very helpful as well. The got me the extra parts I needed in under a week. They helped me pick out my helmet and riding boots also. They also have a great service department. I can call and get my quad serviced in a very resonable time. This is by far the best Powersports place around. I will continue to shop at Motoplex because they know what their talking about and give me great service.

Worst sports shop I have ever been in. I havent talked to a single person that has done business with them that has been satisfied! Their sales people have absolutely no clue about the things they are selling, the service is the worst I have ever seen, unhelpfull and arrogent! Their parts are extremely overprice and they stock next to nothing! The management truely has no idea what the average sporting customer is looking for! Great location.. that has kept them in business! Horrible place to get anything!!

This place sold me a lousy Schwinn scooter, and now won't give me a decent trade. They don't even sell Schwinn scooters anymore, because they are so terrible. Waited 3 months for warranty parts, and still haven't gotten them. Midamerica Motoplex will never have my business again. Beware!!!

They sold me a lemon of a scooter, and wouldn't give me a decent trade value. They don't even sell these scooters anymore because they were such duds! Their salesmen have a pretty high turnover; at least three have left in the last 9 months. We have been waiting 3 months for parts for this under-warranty scooter. When I told the salesman what I wanted for trade $$, I haven't heard from him since. Nice customer service!
