Took a storm window in back in July. Let me tell you I was very disappointed in the estimate that had given me. Someone there looked the window over really well when I took it in. They did a good job in fixing it, but I was very disappointed to find that for about $5 more I could have bought a new one. Will think twice before I ever take any window back to them for repair.

Took my mower in this hardware store for some needed repairs. They got it fixed,but I guess I might not ever know if they could have fixed it for any amount less. I found out about 10 days after I got it back what the deal was. All they ended up doing was that they kept on putting new parts into it one by one until they eventually got it fixed. So who knows how many parts were put into it that didn't need to be. I ended up paying almost as much for the repairs as what they mower cost new. To make this short & sweet, I'll never go back there!

I took my lawnmower in recently to have them check everything out on it. Something was definitely wrong with it.But the motor was working at the time I took it in. When they called to say it was ready for pick up, I took it home right away & then it didn't want to start at all. They don't seem to want to do anything about it now. I won't be taking it back there ever again!

when getting your lawnmower here repaired make sure you get some kind of an estimate before hand. I didn't & it was a big,big mistake. I'm letting them keep my mower because the repairs ran over $200 & I can buy a new one for less than that!
