A very rude clerk at the desk, plus he is a very shady character. He tried to collect an extra $50 when I had already paid Priceline $73 for one room with 2 beds, for myself 3 grandchildren,and my daughter. I do have a dog too, who is well behaved and doesn't bark or tear things up. He claimed that my grandchildren would be eating breakfast, and that would break him. I took his abusive tone for only so long, and decided to leave, the agent I called during and after the incident told me she would make sure that I received my money back and we left and slept in our 2 vehicles in 10 to 14 degrees. If he doesn't like Pricelines prices, then maybe he should stop his business dealings with them. He is a foreigner, and the place is not up to Ramada standards. It is old and run down. By the way, I had not received my refund, and called priceline, and the clerk, JOSH, had refused my cancellation. So because I didn't play his shakedown game he decided to make it more difficult for me to get my money. All he kept shouting was "You call priceline!" shouting at me. Don't go there it was a terrible experience, and if the rooms looked like the lobby it wasn't even worth $73.
