Overall not a fan with this place. Management is very nice when showing the apartment and during lease signing. After that they are pretty slow to respond to needs, act like you are a burden, and take quite a bit of time to fix anything. I complained about my garage door multiple times during the winter and they didn't do anyting to help, basically told me I'm opening it wrong ??. The apartments are visually very nice, but cheap and will not look nice/new for very long. Snow removal is sub-par. Location is pretty remote, and they just keep raising rent prices it seems. Gym is small and not much in it. I lived at Foxmoor, Steeplechase many years ago and was much more impressed with their management. Such nice people. They charge too much also, but at least they are very nice and very professional and flexible - allow pets with a note, respond to needs 24/7, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.
