Absolutely the worst service! Watch these guys. They sub-contract out to very unreliable installers. We had a group of their people come and install and they didn't even finish! They also cut the carpet too short in one area. Now, they pass the buck by saying it's not their responsibility because the sub-contractor made a mistake. Can you cay SCAM?
