I will perform the inspection for you alone and will not be influenced by other parties that may have vested interests in the sale of the property. I am a member in good standing with the InterNACHI organization. One of the largest most respected Home Inspector organizations in the industry.National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)Inspections are conducted in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of these are provided at the beginning of the inspection and are also available at www.Nachi.org Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector.
