THEY PUMPED MY SEPTIC SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO AFTER JOHN & HIS BROTHER SOLD THE BUSINESS. EVERYTHING FINE. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY E-MAIL SEVERAL TIMES ON THERE WEB SITE IN THE PAST 8 MONTHS. NO RESPONCE TO MY QUESTIONS. MAKES ME WONDER IF I SHOULD USE THEM AGAIN AS THE COMPANY CHANGED HANDS.
