      The Vac Shack provides excellent customer service! I have always been very impressed with the salesmen there. I bought a Riccar vacuum and it is the BEST vacuum ever! My parents have always gone to the Vac Shack and that is why I went there. Although, as I was reading the overview online...it says they have been in business since 1989, which I believe is a misprint and they have been in business since at least 1981. I would reccomend the Vac Shack to anyone if they want a quality vacuum with quality service.
