I love this place! They have the best pedicure and nail tech are so nice. Been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Best nail salon in town!

I got a mani and pedi here with my sister. To make our nails dry faster they blew on our toes with their mouths which I thought was very gross and unprofessional. They did not try to make conversation with us at all and the guy who did my sister's toes didn't even ask her if she wanted a design on hers. When we were done, our manicures started chipping right away. And later at home I found cuts on my big toes where he was pushing in my cuticle and they kinda burn! This would be my last choice of places to go to get my nails done again.

Some people think their money is so big and think that just because they are asian that they have to put up with your rudeness!! if you are nice to other..other will be nice to you back. I think this is the best nail salon in town and had the bests pedicure ever. They take their time and every nice to you, The place dont smell like other nail salon and very clean. Some of the worker don't speak english well but they try to talk to you. I would never go anywhere to get my nails done other than Qnails. It in the mall i can shop and get everything done at the same time.

Looks like Guest 12786 works there judging from the poor english and shallow praises... What a sad and desperate attempt for business! It's obvious you are not professionals! I feel bad for anyone who chooses your shop to get their nails done!

I received a gift certificate for This place and will NEVER go back. They are very rude! I couldn't understand the lady so the gentleman had to interpret, plus I had someone take my children to the play place in the mall while I got them done and the lady was very rude and asked if they were mine and that I looked to young to have kids!... My nails are not what I wanted and they are over priced!..I would recommend any other salon over Q nails! ZERO STARS!!

i am not agree , believe it or not sometime people they try to get free service and they so lie lie and lie . Me and my friends been there so long time and we kept coming back for pedicure and gel nails done , and all the staffs do such a nice job and we don't have any reason to complain about their service ,and also they just replace new pedicure chairs its so wonderfull , its the best pedicure chairs in town . so we shall tell all our friends come to the Q Nails .

Was at the mall and decided at the last minute to get a full set. The woman who actually applied the acrylics had such poor English and general communication skills that it took 5 minutes just to figure out that I wanted clear tips. Now that I look back, it is obvious to me now that this woman was not a licensed nail technician. She was completely clueless about the process and the other "nail tech" in the "salon" was standing over her the entire time, telling her what to do step by step. After gluing one of my tips on very crooked and failing to (painfully) pry it off with another tip, she proceeded to dremel it off, burning and cutting my cuticle in the process. After she was finished, the other woman painted my nails, taking a break after every couple to answer her cell phone and talk for a bit. Overall, an awful experience. The service and professionalism left much to be desired. I would not recommend this "salon" to anyone and I warn everyone I know about going here

The ONLY reason this review has one star is because you cant give ZERO stars! This small business has got to have the WORST customer service out of all the nail salons in Sioux City! No Joke, they have been reported to the BBB several times. They still use illegal razors, and have no record keeping skills. They are so "cheap" they would not fix a nail that was messed up before leaving Q Nail without charging for the repair! My mother and I went and paid $195 for 2 mani's and 2 pedi's! I also lost a gift cert,(which is a plain piece of scrap paper) took in bank statement for proof of purchase, and was sent away rejected!! Scam Artists! Horrible Place! Horrible Employees! Horrible Mangament

My sister and I stopped in to have a pedicure before meeting the rest of our family for dinner. I thought the staff were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the experience and will be going back soon.

I would not go to this place ever again. As my nails were being done I noticed that the lady was not filling them as if they were new. This was a new, full set and it already looked like several of my nails had been on for two weeks already. I made a comment toward this and she mentioned that my cuticles would need to grow. I thought it was odd that she kept mentioning that I come back and see her in two weeks for a fill when I'd just mentioned to her that it already looks like I need a fill. I made a mistake going in there in the first place, and then sitting next to one of their employees who kept trying to make EXPENSIVE recommendations to me. When I came back to complain on the work that she did the gentleman that I complained to said that my nails were coming up because I kept poking at them. And that if she did a bad job then I should come back in two weeks and request someone else and that they were not going to fix my nails at all. I told them that I would not be coming back.
