Horrible customer service and they do not back up their service. DO NOT recommend them at all to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with service. The service man said the problem was fixed, but shortly after he left I discovered I still had a problem. He spent half the time on the phone getting advice and direction when he was there. I called the office and told them of my problem. I also said I should not have to pay for another service call. They agreed there would be no charge. They sent someone else out and it was fixed, but I was billed again. I called about this and was treated very rude. Needless to say, I will not use this company again. I paid an enormous bill that I did not agree with.
