Sioux-Preme Packing is a small pork processing company. It specializes in serving niche markets and has the flexibility to product many pork products, including custom cuts. Sioux-Preme s products include everything from 100-percent natural pork in custom cuts for elite markets, to swine heart valves and eyes for medical use. The company uses every part of the hog, selling to pharmaceutical and ethnic markets, as well as to grocery chains and pet food producers. Its 12,000 square foot fabricating plant offers specialty boning services that customers cannot find from other processors. Founded in 1969, Sioux-Preme Packing has facilities in Sioux City, Iowa.
