I had a terrible experience with this contractor. He gave me an estimate of $400 to fix the leak in my roof. I asked if his work were guaranteed, and he wrote on the invoice "Guaranteed for 5 Years," however, the roof continued to leak and he never returned to repair it. We'd talk on the phone and he would offer excuses about why he couldn't come back -- his truck was broken, he had the wrong ladder, etc. He seemed to be a very nice person, yet he was incompetent at roof repair and dishonest in saying his repair was guaranteed and that he would come back to make things right. I was out $400. THIS CONTRACTOR IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
