One star only to get to give my review. My daughter worked there, she had a car accident on Christmas Eve on her way to work. After the ER visit, I drove her to the Vet's office so she could let them know of her situation & give them a note from the ER that she would be unable to work for a few days. The office manager took the note from my daughter and did NOT say a word to her. There was no, I'm so sorry this happened, much less a word of "OMG you are my employee and I hope you are OK". Nothing. Takes a pretty cold heart to be that way!!! I would never recommend this place for anyone's precious pets!!! It really takes me aback when I see on their webpage that they feel they are a family. You do NOT treat family this way. To the Owner of Woodruff Road Animal Hospital, This is 2015 social media does not let people like you by with treating their employees so heartless. At your employees Christmas Party, DO NOT omit one person's gift. That really stinks and shows your character!

I came away from Woodruff Road Animal Hospital without a good feeling.
Dr. Perzak and her staff are compassionate to both owners and their pets! They are extremely professional and their service is top-notch. When I visited Dr. Perzak in January 2009 with my 11 year old chocolate lab who was very sick, it was our first visit. I received devastating news about her health. I was able to take my lab home and say goodbye to her there later that evening with Dr. Perzak and her assistant's help. They helped me with such graciousness even though they had just met me and my wonderful pet. I feel blessed that they were there for us!
