The Goddard School has been an incredible place for our daughter to grow and learn throughout her early childhood years. She started at 6 weeks old in the Infant classroom and received the most loving and individualized care possible. As she grew and moved through the classrooms she received an education that was far greater than I could have provided for her at home. I love the feedback that I get everyday from her teachers and also regular updates about her academic progress throughout the year. There is no other place that I would rather have my daughter than at The Goddard School!

My husband and I are more than delighted by the care and expertise of Goddard. I'm surprised by some of the commentary below and have to question the validity of those reviews. Yes, the tuition is high for the area and it is true that meals are not included but our daughter is doing well here. I have spoken to some of my friends who are educators and the level of study they receive at the Goddard school is higher that of 3rd or 4th graders in this state. My child is equipped with knowledge and resources of children twice her age. To call it a daycare is a gross understatement. I visited other facilities in the area that were subpar and Goddard is worth my piece of mind.

Great school

Our son has attended Goddard for three years now and will continue through Kindergarten. We have always felt each classroom had teachers facilitating age-appropriate social and play skills, adaptive skills, and gross and fine motor skills. There seems to be a good balance between play and academic instruction. Classroom structures have been consistent between classrooms and teachers throughout the years. Both the teachers and the administration have always been willing to listen and address our concerns over the years. They have been more than gracious in trying to meet our family’s needs. I have also witnessed the administration going above and beyond to accommodate other families and their children's specific needs. Our son looks forward to going to school each day to see his teachers and friends. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the care and education our son has received at Goddard.

The Goddard School is adequate for babies and small children but once they become toddler age the owners and staff are inept with handling the typical toddler challenges. Instead, they create stress on the child through constant harassment. Moreover, they try to discourage parent intervention in the classroom. Thankfully, they did allow classroom observation because that is when I observed how we were overpaying for the quality of childcare our son was receiving. In the almost three hours I watched my son's class, the children received only about 30 minutes of structured activity. The rest of the time the children were running around aimlessly with two teachers sitting around yelling out corrections. Needless to say we found another childcare provider for our son and saw an immediate transformation before our eyes. After leaving The Goddard School, our son became happier, more relaxed and even started to sing again. My biggest regret is we let our son down by not realizing sooner the negative impact the school and teachers were having on him.

Amazing quality! We have a 12 month old who has been at the Goddard School since he was 7mo old (since early 2009). The cost for him is $970/mo. We were hesitant at first but now wouldn't send him anyplace else. Wonderful staff keeps kids busy; they teach instead of occupy the kids. Love it! You definitely get what you pay for in child care.
