Placed my MOTHER's headstone on my FATHER's grave... never used a foundation so it was sinking into the ground immediately... and 5-months after my complaint he still did not moved it. Can you imagine how heartsick and anxiety-ridden this makes me in my time of grief? When I called him 8-months after my original complaint, he said they got backed up and it is on his clipboard to do. He blamed it on the cemetery caretaker for marking the wrong plot, AND he said my father drove down there and said yes that is her grave -- I asked when my father had done that and J&C named a month when my father was in the hospital in NJ in a coma. After I pressed the issue J&C said he would have it moved by the coming weekend while I was still in town (I live out of state). Nope. Never happened. This guy lied through his teeth, never moved the headstone, blamed it on everyone else, always had 101 excuses as to why he never moved it, and made it sound like he was doing me a favor even moving it. Finally after nearly two years we PAID someone else thousands of dollars to move my mother's headstone to HER grave and install a proper foundation. Now that I talk to the locals, everyone says this guy is irresponsible and messes everything up. My father passed away before he even got to see the tombstone on his beloved wife's grave. Look at his Better Business Bureau profile and you will see two complaints similar to my review here of inept and shoddy dealings. And Joe has the audacity to tell me that he could not have placed my mother's headstone on my father's grave because my father was alive at the time. The gall of this jerk lying to me that my father was alive is spitting in my face. USE ANYONE ELSE IN TOWN BUT THIS CROOK!
