Dr Syal explained that my body needed to be tuned correctly for a successful weight loss otherwise it would fight the attempts to lose weight. Tests revealed that my thyroid was sluggish. One daily pill fixed the thyroid. The first week weight loss program removed my cravings of bread and butter and I lost 12 pounds. After that, I learned about eating better and smarter. I started losing weight consistently and reached a total loss of 85 pounds in less than 12 months. The setting and interactions were very professional. Dr Syal has a very caring personality. Not only do I go to him for my weight loss needs,(meds,etc) I also find him very easy to talk to. He often gives me his view, and helps me to understand things, in a whole different way. He is a very fair man.
