Well this story begins with my small company needing a basic phone and data wiring.I like to give the small businesses the work.Better to keep the money with small businesses then large ones.So I called Super Com Communications and I am sorry I did.It was a mistake on my part.The secretary was very rude and impatient to take my info.That should have been the first clue not to use this company.Then when the tech came out he was nice enough but seemed unsure on what to do even though we went over what was needed.I believe his name was chris.He kept hitting on the front office girl and made her unconformable.Then the work he did was sloppy and unprofessional so we had to pay another company to come out to fix there work.I would not recommend using super com!!!!!! This place is a joke!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We did not get what we paid for!
