The Chop Shop Bar & Grill was founded in 2013 by long time Simi Valley residents Trevor and Christine Wise. Because of their deep rooted connection to Simi Valley, Trevor and Christine do whatever they can to support the Simi Valley Community. They sponsor various high school sports and academic organizations, as well as supporting local charitable causes. Trevor and Christine opened the Chop Shop Bar & Grill with the desire to provide the Simi Valley Community with a responsible, fun and family friendly restaurant and bar that would bring out the values and culture of Simi Valley. Several menu items like the Skatelab Burger, the Butch’s Burger and Shorties Spinach and Artichoke Dip, named after local Simi Valley businesses, are examples of how The Chop Shop Bar & Grill have literally made the community a part of their establishment. Armed with amazing American cuisine, a full bar and a top of the line staff the Chop Shop Bar & Grill will be a new, unique and exciting place to bring your friends and family.
