They worked only with seller, Alta Investments, in some illegal activities. They will not help you out, beware of entering in an escrow with this company. The know that the majority of Alta Investment properties (Todd and Jill Kaufmann) are done without permits, leaving the responsibilities on the buyer. Stay away from both of these crooks.
