The time scheduled was 5 pm at 5:20 I called him to see if he was coming no answer. He called back and explained he had forgot about appointment. I wasn't very happy given I had adjusted my schedule to make sure I was there. He said he would be there around 6pm to look at job I agreed. Several minutes later he calls back and says he won't be coming out and that I am a f..ing a..le and that I can kiss his a... This guy is nuts.
