We had a sincerely disappointing experience with Branches and Bloom in Silverton, Oregon from using them through Justflowers.com. We thought by calling the florist directly we could resolve, and boy we were mistaken!

We ordered a graduation boquet set to be delivered on the day of graduation. Upon paying for next day delivery they failed to deliver, and when we contacted them for an explanation they lied saying they were delivered as promised but we caught the owner in a lie since we knew they were delivered a day late. In addition she (the owner) made racial remarks towards the justflowers.com operators she works with and continued to use raise her voice and be agressive to us over the phone. We were told the flowers were already wilted and dying shortly after delivery as well. We kindly asked for a refund since she lied and also didn't deliver the flower arrangement we ordered. She refused and hung up on us. It's upsetting a florist in a local business community makes such remarks about people she doesn't know, treats customers this way, and lied about her performance. I would never recommend using this florist without personally inspecting the flowers you actually order are the same being delivered and a guarantee they will arrive as you paid for. Very disappointing experience.
