If there was a no star rating, these people would get it! Made appointment, took my pups there at the designated time! No one there, door was open so we waited inside for over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up! I will not be going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone! From the looks of the other feedback, they will more than likely just make another excuse up! You either run a business properly or you don't! These guys don't. I would not trust them with my dogs!

I contacted this business, set up two appointments, the first being on 4/20/11 at 1:15. I was home the entire day, and nobody showed up. I contacted them again to ask what had happened, and have had no reply at all. I do not recommend this business. Not at all reliable

I was happy with the job Ginny and her partner did on my dogs and the price was reasonable. However, when placing a call to schedule another appointment I either don't get a return call or it is a month or so later. By that time, I've already brought my dogs somewhere else. This is bad business practice. Either you are in it or not!
