It has been a stressful purchase and the sales staff have hidden crucial information such as various types of fees. The loan officer work was very unprofessional which delayed the closing. The workmanship and materials have deficiencies, flooring is already becoming uneven only after 2 months of living in it. The shower since is a bit too small, the electrical outlet are very hard to connect electrical items and some are in not in convenient locations. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and nice.
