Got a Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning service 2/2/2021.
> Very inexperienced technician came to service.
> Air duct cleaning done. In the process, he dropped cleaning liquid in all rooms. I think it is having some chemical, liquid drops changed the color of carpet. every where round white patches on carpet. I don't weather it can be cleaned or carpet need to be replaced.
> After service, they gave service receipt. Before payment, i called and spoke to customer service. They agreed the mistake and scheduled a carpet cleaning session. Before signing, I have entered not on this issue in service receipt.
> No one show up scheduled date (2/8/2021) for cleaning. Again called customer service. They apologized and scheduled for other day (2/12/2021) . Again second time no show up.
> Past one week no one picking the phone. It is going to voice message. No one responding to calls.

The technican was very professional - he explained what was going to do and did an incredible job. We are very happy with the voucher and the extra services we purchased.

They came, they cleaned, they explained everything and did not try to push any other service on us. Just an honest crew coming to do what is right and they let you know if you have problems or not... Good Job!
