Founded in 1976, Muslim Community Center is a regional organization. Based in Silver Spring, Md., the organization offers a range of services, such as prayer times, library, library, zakat, funeral, new Muslim support and hall rental. It also provides interfaith and medical clinic services. The firm serves all human beings, regardless of faith, color, origin, and creed of the service seeker. Muslim Community Center s education services include Sunday school, quran recititation and memorization classes, as well as several halaqah programs for the youth and adults.
