I once trusted NTB. Their garage is right across from work, so I tried to give them every chance I could. They couldn't correctly perform an oil change, last time I bought tires, several lugnuts weren't tightened. A co-worker was given a whopper price for "badly needed" brakes, but then his second (garage) opinion told him his brakes were fine (and they're still fine months later). Nope, I'm walking to a further mechanic, but with more confidence!
