Contacted Len the Plumber about a broken garbage disposal and they were able to send someone the very next day. Kemar was able to help fix the disposal and was great. Recommend to anyone in the DC/DMV area.

During the Winter, I used services with this company for two different jobs and on each occasion the team was phenomenal! In both instances, I needed services right away and they were able to come out the same day, even on a holiday. They resolved the problem in each instance the first time, and all equipment was on the truck. In one instance, they had to redo work improperly done a day earlier by another company. They were clean from start to finish, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, wore masks and fast. When you want work done right the first time, Lens the Plumber is the one to call! I will definitely be calling them again!

Recently, I had a problem with my sumpump. I was nervous since there was a rather distinctive burning odor coming from the vicinity of my sumpump in the basement. After seeing a Len The Plumber ad on TV, I decided to call to see if they could come out right away. Within an hour, they showed up, fixed the problem AND fixed a minor problem I was having in my master bathroom. Woke up to a leaking hot water heater. It was a holiday weekend; I kept getting the runaround from everyone else. I was a little afraid to call Len because of all the bad reviews. But you know what? They responded fast, the plumber showed up on time, estimate was reasonable. The plumber (Bo Hranj) was extremely professional and very efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone and plan to call them first in the future. I have no idea what happened with these other reviewers...my experience could not have been better. I strongly recommend them.

They want 30 dollars just to come out and provide an estimate. Why pay if others can do this for free. The rep that answered the phone seemed angry when i asked this.

Called them, someone came right over, never got the estimate, called back, never got the estimate, called again,,, never got the estimate. Think I might be happy I didnt.

Just awful. I had to call the manager and get the crew to come back and completely do everything again because the work was so shoddy. I was way overcharged as well. A complete disaster - avoid at all costs.

I saw an ad for these guys on TV. That made me think they were reputable. WOW, was I wrong. The plumbers came late, overcharged me, can left my place a wreck. I was underwhelmed to say the least!
