My office is set up to provide old fashion service. During the business day my phones are answered by real staff members employed by me. We do not record your calls nor are you placed on hold for long periods of time. You will be informed by phone, mail and e-mail if there are any problems with your policy. We return all phone calls in a timely fashion. We are always open to suggestions for improved service.
