- Primary CareFor OB patients, bring your insurance ID card on your first visit. We will prepare a payment plan depending on the maternity benefits provided by your insurance plan. If you do not have maternity benefits or you do not have insurance, a deposit will be required at the time of your first visit. If your insurance plan requires a referral, please contact your primary care physician and request that a referral be sent to our office. Failure to obtain a referral when required may result in non-payment by your insurance company.
- Emergency CareYes, some cramping is normal due to the uterus growing, however if the cramping is persistent or accompanied with bleeding you should call or go to the emergency room.
- Urinary IncontinenceUrogynecology is a subspecialty of OB/GYN practice that addresses pelvic floor disorders. Common disorders include, but are not limited to, urinary incontinence, prolapse of the uterus and vagina or bladder (bulging or falling of these organs). Pelvic floor disorders are believed to result from the effects of childbirth and aging. There are multiple treatment options for patients with pelvic floor disorders. Depending on the severity of symptoms, your healthcare provider may recommend medications, vaginal devices or surgical treatment options. Please make an appointment with your healthcare provider to discuss the best treatment for you.
- GynecologyGynecology is the branch of medicine that deals with women’s health, specifically female reproductive organs. Siloam Springs Women’s Center provides gynecologic care to women of all ages. As part of comprehensive gynecologic care, we provide annual wellness exams. During your wellness exam, you will be screened for potential gynecologic health problems. These screenings may include a pelvic exam, Pap smear, breast exam, laboratory testing, as well as contraceptive or menopause management counseling. - MenopauseDuring your annual wellness exam, you will be screened for potential gynecologic health problems. These screenings may include a pelvic exam, Pap smear, clinical breast exam, laboratory testing, as well as contraceptive or menopause management counseling. Your wellness exam is also the time for you to ask questions and discuss gynecologic health concerns you have with your care provider.
- ObstetricsChad Hill, M.D. moved to Siloam Springs in 1998 to start his medical practice serving the healthcare needs of women in the community and in the surrounding area. Dr. Hill is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Labor and DeliveryIf the labor is not going well or if the baby's position makes a vaginal birth too dangerous, if the mother has had previous cesareans for complications, and there are other high-risk conditions to warrant a cesarean. Most women can leave the hospital 2-5 days after a cesarean birth.
- UltrasoundA dating ultrasound will be performed assuming you are less than 14 weeks pregnant at the time you begin prenatal care with Siloam Springs Women’s Center. You will need to have a full bladder for this appointment. You will be required to partially undress. Please only invite friends and family you feel comfortable undressing in front of, as the exam must be performed on bare skin. Ultrasound results will be discussed with you by your physician.
