Creative Computers has been in Siler City for a long time. I had them check out my laptop because the power lit up, but the screen did NOTHING. The Creative people charged me $70 to look at it. I left it, when they called later they said the motherboard was bad, time for a new laptop. I went to a new place called Tritech Computer Solutions to get a second opinion. He said "no charge to diagnose it, only to fix it" and looked at it right away. I saw him open a door, move a green card thing, and put it together again and pressed the power button. MY LAPTOP WORKED! in like three minutes! I asked him how much, he said "nothing, come back if you have another problem and tell your friends." I feel like Creative only wanted to sell me a new computer. If Tritech fixed it in three minutes and Creative told me it was toast, why would anyone go there to get anything fixed? Tritech totally wins in my book!
