I would give zero stars if it would let me. We called for a tow after breaking down on the side of the highway. The RV couldn't be towed so we needed a flatbed. The guy wouldn't even come out. This rating is not due to lack of service but for rudeness of the man who called me back. He accused me of being irate when I asked for suggestions on what do do. He continued to accuse me of being rude. My cousin was sitting next to me the entire time I was on the phone and assured me I was in no way rude. This guy was just unhelpful and rude to ME!
