I have been receiving packages at my address for 8 years. For the past 6 years, all of the delivery people could take one look at my south facing driveway and see that it was unused (and unusable). EVERY single driver in the past has gone to the east driveway and driven up to my house. The driver that delivered my packages two weeks ago, and again today, left them at the south end of my south driveway by the side of the road. If you are hiring morons, I will have my brother apply.
Driver stopped at our gate for less than 10 seconds and left. No time allowed to get to gate. No notificatuon was left. Web tracking was updated to show attempted delivery. Very poor service. Will use USPS or FedEx for ALL future services.

Provided by DexKnowsI ordered a package 2nd day air, the DRIVE claimed he made an attempt to deliver the package at our location that was OCCUPIED ALL-DAY long. The driver left no note that he tried to deliver to package to us. There is no local number to call the delivery center. TERRIBLE service. I will use FEDEX whenever I can!
Second time my package has been TOSSED over the fence! Fed up with your drivers!!!!!!
Took a day off to receive package since I was out of town for for first two attempts. Waited all day then checked online tracking status which indicated attempt made and I was not available. Driver left nothing although I left alternate delivery instructions. Contacted customer service center to pick up before they closed and they would call me back. I verified phone number twice but no call. If I had known this was going to happen I would of chosen different service. Unacceptable.

I had a package coming in so I waited. As I reviewed the status is said out for delivery. Then they status said the package could not be delivered. WTH I was outside and no one even stopped by or even left a note, but how could they do that and get passed me. I'm sure the driver just went home it was already 745pm.

This store marks items as delivered hours before you receive them. Unethical business practice.
