I do not recommend this company. I have used them twice, if you count one no show. The first time, the technician was 30+ minutes late and once he finally got there; he was very hurried and did not really do much. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I have a large house. I had bugs back in a week. Recently, I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, they called me less than 10 min before they were supposed to be there and said they were going to be late because of an office meeting. I explained that I had already taken off work and was at home waiting on them. I could not wait for them any longer because I had to be back at work. They said ok they would be there... about 10 minutes later, the technician called and asked again if he could be late. He said he had not even left the office yet nor mixed the chemicals. I told them no. I will use someone else. If you ask me, it is highly unprofessional to make a customer wait on
