I have two experiences to share about Dr. Hamady:
#1 Several years ago when he was working as the oncall vet over July 4th weekend at Ebensburg Animal Hospital, he took care of our very sick dog. Our out-of-town guest's husky had been hit in the abdomen and was appearing to have internal bleeding. Dr. Hamady had a slew of animals that he was triaging and managing on his own over the busy weekend, but never-the-less gave the husky his utmost attention and expertise. Despite his long hours at the vet hospital and it being a holiday, Dr. Hamady found an assistant to come in and help him so he could operate on the husky. When he opened up our dog, the situation was compounded by the husky having tumors all over the liver that were bleeding. A hopeless situation. He stitched the husky up and helped us make a very hard decision. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Hamady showed empathy, professionalism and kindness.
#2 In 2014, Dr. Hamady came to my farm to help with my black angus cow that was not doing well after delivering twins over a 3 day period. It was a Sunday afternoon when I called him and within 1 hour, he arrived to my farm in Mineral Point. She was a HUGE, mean cow and did not like being touched or bothered even by us. I was worried how Dr. Hamady was going to help her. Not only was he able to handle her, but he explained what he was doing to our large-eyed kids and instructed my husband and I how to help him. He did a internal exam on her to clean out the afterbirth and given her antibiotics and then gave her an IV in her tail. It was an awesome experience. Dr. Hamady again showed empathy, professionalism and kindness. He is a great vet and his ability to show these virtues in less than desirable situations proves that he exudes the qualities that any pet owner or farmer desires to find in a vet. Thank you Dr. Hamady for taking care of our animals so well.

This is the best vet around! He's very patient and great with all animals. The location is ideal to my home and the hours are wonderful EVEN SATURDAYS! :)

Dr. Hammady's office is terrific. From the prompt appointments, friendly staff and knowledgeable vet, they get 5 stars all around. Dr Hammady, is a true animal lover, as are his staff. They all treat my pets like family, and never disappoint. The prices are more than fair, and they will do whatever it takes to get your pet feeling great! I'll never go anywhere else again!

My Standard Poodle was deathly ill and these wonderful people took me under their wing and put him to sleep with only a 30 minute notice. I own a sporting goods store in Richland Township and all I hear is wonderful things about this beautiful organization. I greatly appreciate their generosity and God bless them all. Dr Hamady is incredible and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices are VERY reasonable. My dog had what I thought was cushings disease as I did some research and my old Vet discarded my notions. Instead they treated him for liver disease. He became worse over time, so I went to Dr Hamady, who immediately thought it was cushings disease and performed a test that my other vet did not do which is the only way to diagnose cushings. Tests came back positive and he immediaitely put my dog on the drug Vertoryl. All symptoms are gone and he is doing great !!!! Dr Hamady probably saved my dogs life.

We started going here when our vet retired. our dog is an older dog and there have been numerous times now that he has helped when we thought there was nothing else that could be done. the staff is wonderful, and it is very clean and state of the art, but is still more than reasonably priced.

We have been going to Dr. Hamady ever since he opened his office. His staff are all friendly and polite. His prices are very reasonable. Dr. Hamady and his staff go the extra mile with helping the pets that he cares for.

I would encourage every pet owner in the area to give this pet clinic a try. The staff is courteous, the medical care is excellent, and prices were very reasonable.

Clean, state of the art office - Staff is very friendly and caring. I felt very welcome. Dr. Hamady is wonderful. I have him for my horses and cats. He is great with all of my animals. We love him! Extremely happy he's in our area.

This is the best vet to go to! They have to been open long but he has been a vet at other places. He truly cares about your animals and you. I have been to a couple of other vets around and would not recommend any other besides this one he is AWESOME!

Dr. Hamody is wonderful with my horses. He has come out numerous times to help us with them. I would highly recommend him.
