Welcome to Simple Dog Steps - the family-friendly dog trainer, where we work with you, your family, and your dog to structure a personal dog training plan that works for you all! Not only will you benefit from the advantages of a more obedient dog, but we use primarily positive reinforcement methods which result in a happier, more relaxed best friend. We offer services in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas, and are a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Our services include: Before You Get Your Puppy - Advice before buying a dog/puppy New Puppy Primer - Help and advice after buying a puppy, along with an introduction to basic obedience Manners, Muttley! - Obedience training for an older dog/adolescent (5+ months age) Teaching My Dog (Not) To? - Specific training to eliminate an undesired behavior (eg. jumping up), or introduce a new beneficial one (eg. ‘go to your bed’ when asked).
