Just want to update all potential customers, as I told all before, activated New Phone, and have not been able to receive text messages, had surgery on foot, going through separation, got phone to have better contact with my, Daughter, was texting her, thought she was mad at me, found out she was getting my text but not getting hers, went to store, Manager called out a few times, tried to call help line numerous times, all I get are fake ass apologies but not fixing problem, real simple, replace the phone, rather inconvenience me, DONT WAST YOUR TIME HERE, BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE STAFF, IN STORE AND HELP LINE!
