Hired Layton Smith from Hoffler Smith Financial Services previously know as TaxRoute. They took for ever to file my tax returns, they never reviewed them with me and they filed all my returns incorrectly. They even filed a return for a company of mine which was closed. When I asked them to amend the returns they resisted as they had already taken payment. Then they said they would fix them. Fast forward several months, I was calling texting and emailing them with no response. I did not know where I stood. Finally, I had no choice but to file a complaint with NJ BBB, when they got wind of this they told me they were going to report me to the IRS. Stay away from these guys! It has been a nightmare!
