The Southern Branch YMCA offers before- and after-school care programs for children. The branch provides a variety of fitness classes, such as step aerobics, double step, Pilates and yoga, as well as fitness evaluation solutions. It also organizes sports league events in basketball, soccer, flag football and baseball. The Southern Branch YMCA offers private and adult swimming lessons. The branch s Camp Fun N Sun program provides opportunities to participate in several activities, such as games, hiking, and arts and crafts. In addition, it has a gymnastics academy that hosts a range of occasions on a rental basis. The Southern Branch YMCA is one of the locations managed by the YMCA of York and York County.
