The staff always kept me informed of all steps during the process of fixing it. Explaining the repair, what was damaged, and time period to get it fixed. They were friendly, accessible, and delivered my car before the estimated time. The car was impeccably clean, it looked like new out of the dealership.

I was in a car accident and got their phone # thru my insurance company. They were so comforting on the phone and scheduled me to come in right away to have my car looked at. They were very quick with having someone look at the car and explain what would be done and the girl at the desk called over to enterprise to come pick me up so I could get a rental. The mechanic called me and explained exactly what they were doing to my car. They called me every few days with updates on the repairs and they had my car ready on the day they had said it would be ready.
