I live in Montreal Quebec Canada and the possible inconveniences lived by the distance and purchasing a car via email were minimized with their experienced staff... thank you Tri. I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. My experience was certainly a positive one. Shopping for a new car can be stressful. Luke, the sales rep that helped me out, did a great job. He addressed every question that I had, as this was my first purchase of a vehicle in quite a few years. I wasn't sure how the process worked in regards to the trade-in, communicating the purchase to my insurance company, etc. Luke made sure all of my questions were answered and made me feel very comfortable. He made sure all my needs were met as well in regards to finding the perfect car for me. Overall, the process was seamless! I was in my new Subaru in short order and I couldn't be happier.
