We have had great experiences with Yokem from our first purchase of a Prius and continuously since our most recent purchase. We bought a service contract and a maintenance contract for the Prius and our dealing with the service dept influenced the decision to buy those for our new Camry as well. We've had highly satisfying dealings with the service dept as well as the sales dept. We had an accident in the Prius which required body work and the experience with the Collision Center was also excellent. Our experiences with Yokem over the years was the deciding factor in determining where we bought our new car instead of using a service that is available to us that could find a car at a discounted rate.
