I definitely give Sandy's Dance Center 5 stars! I really think Sandy could teach a stick to dance and is so nice about it! The whole atmosphere is very conducive to learning and by rotating partners in the classes, you get to know how different people lead or follow. If you have no partner - it is definitely not a problem. There are several excellent instructors in addition to Sandy and private lessons are available as well as the classes. If you've ever fantasized about being able to dance, believe me it will not be a fantasy if you come to Sandy's. See you on the dance floor!

If you want to learn to dance ballroom, this is THE place to go. Sandy's teaches the steps, the style and the rhythm of the dance. I have taken private and group lessons at Sandy's for several years and it has been a very worthwhile investment of time and dollars. When you go to clubs and dance functions, people recognize immediately that you are a student of Sandy's because of your style and execution. The optional No partner/ No problem rotation Sandy incorporates among the students really helps to makes us guys be better dancers.

For anyone seeking to learn or even hone an exciting and affordable new skill, Sandys Dance Center is the place for you! Sandy and all the instructors set the tempo early and often by creating a friendly, non-threatening environment where fun is king and learning is contagious. Newcomers need not be intimidated because both staff and regulars alike are welcoming, patient, and eager to help everyone go as far as they want in achieving their dance dreams. I can personally attest to the magic Sandys can work. I went from having no previous dance experience to now preparing to perform in my third public showcase in roughly one years time. Talk about a confidence building and life changing transformation! I found there are few things in life that are short-cuts to happiness, but learning to dance at Sandys is one of them.

Sandy's is a great place to learn to dance with a great facility (the best dance floor around) and talented instructors. While Sandy and her instructors are very good with experienced dancers, they do particularly well with newcomers as they have the ability to make new dancers feel comfortable and give them confidence. The instructors at Sandy's Dance Center can make those who have felt that they could never dance feel very comfortable and proud of themselves on the dance floor. I know, because I'm a guy who thought that I had no rhythm and could never dance, but now I enjoy ballroom dance very much and find myself very comfortable on the dance floor. If the instructors at Sandys can teach me to dance, they can teach anyone! I also note that the people one finds at Sandy's in both the classes and the weekend dances are a wonderful group of very friendly people.
