I purchased a 2018 Rogue from Orr Nissan South Oct. 31, 2-18 I asked to see 2 Rogues, gave them vehicle ID numbers one was the Rogue sport and the other was just the Rogue SV. I was brought only 1 vehicle to look at and that was the Rogue SV, from that point it was rush, rush, keeping you so busy from introducing you to everyone in the dealership to the parts dept. (I'm 62 years old and was so overwhelmed with all the confusion) I never got a chance to even look at the Sport model, but I test drove the Rogue SV but from the paperwork with the description of everything that came on the vehicle, one of those items being fog lights. I asked 4 times and the sales representative Dana told me 4 times it did indeed have fog lights.(That was 1 of the items I told him when I drove up that the vehicle I purchased had to have fog lights. This vehicle was suppose to have them according to all documents I had) After being there 5 hours, completely worn out, very anxious and in terrible pain, I drove it home. 85 miles away. I got home, walked around to the front and saw it did not have fog lights. I called them, asked for Dana, told him it didn't have fog lights and he blew me off, he had to go. So after I spoke with several people there, I filed a consumer complaint with Nissan Corp, on November 13 I got a text message from a manager named Claud telling me he had great news to call him, so I did, he promised me they were going to install fog lights, and give me a vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being serviced. 2 weeks went by I heard nothing, so I called Claud, asked him if he had received the fog lights, he told me he would check and call me back. Then nothing. I contacted The Nissan Corporation about my complaint they said they contacted Orr Nissan and someone was going to contact me. Still nothing. Today Jan. 18 I finally got a call from Claud at Orr Nissan, Claud told me that they changed general managers, and they couldn't cover the full cost to install my fog lights,

Had a vehicle in for a recall repair.Service Management was very nice and only took 35 minutes to complete.Nice facility and great staff.

DO NOT BUY!! I bought a used 2006 Pontiac G6 from them that only had 26k miles on it. I spent 15k on this car and they took it upon themselves not to offer the warranty to me. I have had this car for two months and has been to the mechanic MANY times!!!! I spoke to the Used manager the day after purchase after I noticed issues the dealer lied to me about and he basically said they don't car about it after its off their lot. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Enjoyed sales staff, but when service was needed it was a joke. If you have your car serviced here BEWARE! I would inspect your car before and after service. They documented they rotated tires. They must not have thought my wife had enough sense to check tires. When she got home she looked, tires were not rotated. She called them, they fixed but after another 1 1/2 hour trip back. I would mark your oil filters too. We have had car in shop like 5 times for same radio/navigation troubles. The service manager, Todd, is horrible to deal with. A real shame the service after the sell is so bad.

For me I chose the perfect car and got it for what I wanted! My salesman was great and friendly. Very informative and he knew his product. I was really pleased with them, being my first time buying car was a mortifying experience. They made me feel very comfortable with the process and I'm now rolling in a 2013 Nissan Altima. So thanks a lot guys! Im gonna tell everyone about you!!!! 100% A+ recommend this place :)

This is where my husband went for a Titan. We like the Titans, they are great trucks with a lot of power. When it came down to negotiation, we saw all figures and felt just as comfortable. Great Place. Nissans are the best.

My husband and I both had damaged credit. We went to Orr Nissan and were very pleased with the way we were treated. At no time did they treat us like we were not worth talking to because of our credit. It was a very pleasant experience and we did manage to get our car and could not be more pleased with this dealership.
