Provided by YPmobileRUDE customer service. I have been short changed twice when paying by cash. But from Amazon all the parts you need, (Polaris etc). Chemicals as well. Example Phosfree w/ Pool Perfect is $24.00 for 3 LTR bottle on Amazon w/ free 2 Prime shipping. Most Polaris parts are 70% less than Leslie's. I don't mind paying more for good service, but the customer service SUCKS at this place! I'd just get them to analyze your water and tip them $10 bucks and get what you need on Amazon or eBay.

Provided by YPmobileThis has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I went in originally because my pool was green. Five trips and 300+ dollars later the pool is still not balanced. The last time I went in there to have the water checked, the products that they said were needed would have been another 100-150. So I left and got my water checked else where. The analysis they gave me, that was computer generated, was completely different. All that to say don't let them do a "free" water check. It will cost you a lot in the long run!

Left a pool motor for repair. Call a few days later to check on evaluation of problem. Was told part had to be ordered and would call when ready to be picked up. Over a week later, call to check on and was told, "Oh, yeah, it's ready." Where's the customer service in this experience?
