no stars.......could not have had a worse experience......their appraiser was not even certified and when i finally got a copy of it, the guy who said he appraised it was from s. louisiana and did not even come to my house in n. louisiana (even though he said he did in the report)...I filed a complaint with the state appraiser's board and the office of financial institutions

This was the worst loan experience I've had. I could never get in touch with anyone who was handling my loan and they would never return my phone calls. The very little information that I DID get (upon further investigation by myself) turned out to be false information that I was just told to keep me at bay for another week, I guess. After several months with no progress made, I eventually went somewhere else and it took a fraction of the time, and I was kept up-to-date constantly by my new loan officer. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have a pleasant banking experience!
